1. General conditions

The conditions apply to all orders that the customer, hereafter referred to as "you". sends to WoolLand AS via woolland.com

When you submit an order on woolland.com, you have accepted and accepted the conditions presented. We therefore encourage you to read and understand our conditions before placing an order.

All purchases at woolland.com comply with the Norwegian Sales Act and only persons over 18 years of age or older can place an order.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notifying you in advance. The version of the Conditions to which your order is subject is the one available on woolland.no at the time you send the order.

3. Order

When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order. Always check the order confirmation so that everything looks correct. Keep your order confirmation so that you have it in case of any questions to us. Should you wish to contact us by e-mail, please attach the customer number and order number as a reference.

4. Prices

The prices stated on woolland.com includes tax (VAT), but not delivery fees. Shipping costs and possibly an invoice fee is added, but no additional tax or duty.

5. Payment

We offer our customers the payment option Klarna and Paypal as payment methods.

6. Delivery

WoolLand tries to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days after the order has been confirmed. Although we strive to deliver within the agreed timeframe, unexpected delays may occur. We ask you to expect somewhat longer delivery times in connection with public holidays and sales.

WoolLand offers shipping to 15 EURO. 

If you do not receive the goods by the specified date, please contact Customer Service.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel or return the order from the day you place an order, up to and including 30 days after you have received your order. If you have already paid for the goods, you will get the money back including standard delivery costs and excluding a possible return cost. Should you choose to keep some of the articles and only cancel part of the order, you will not be credited with the delivery cost.

If you want to change or cancel an order, you must contact us via email support@woolland.com immediately. In many cases, it will not be possible to cancel or change an order as the orders are sent for packing at our external warehouse as soon as the order is received by us.

If you have received a defective article, please inform WoolLand As of this immediately to support@woolland.com

8. Exchange & Return

If you want to change or cancel an order, you must contact us via email support@woolland.com immediately. In many cases, it will not be possible to cancel or change an order as the orders are sent for packing at our external warehouse as soon as the order is received by us.

9. Copyright

The content on this website is copyright protected and belongs to WoolLand AS (Reg. no. 996 911 233). The information on the website, including text, images and sound, must not be used, either in private or commercial matters, before possible enquiry. It must also not be reproduced, modified, copied or stored in any form. It is illegal to modify the content of this website. Violations of the law will be followed.

10. Trademark characteristics

The trademark features related to WoolLand belong to Woolland AS and are protected by the Trademark Act. It is not permitted to use WoolLand AS' trademark, either in paper form, digitally or in other media.
